Christmas as a church family was celebrated on Sabbath, December 9, 2006. It began with a worship service conducted by the school children through which they reminded us of the joy of Christ's birth. Once again, the poignant music and spoken word were performed with reverence and care.

Following church, we made our way to Timber Ridge Camp for our annual dinner. The social committee provided the entree and numerous other dishes were shared by friends and loved ones from far and near. It was a lovely Sabbath day and several took advantage of the opportunity to walk on the camp roads and trails. That evening concluded the celebration with the movie "The 12 Dogs of Christmas" in the cafeteria basement.
